NOW ACCEPTING ENTRIES For the Next Generation of Cancer Researchers
Teachers — Do you have students who love science? PBS LearningMedia and Stand Up To Cancer are proud to announce the Emperor Science Award program - a unique mentoring program that pairs university-level research scientists with high school students, presenting an exciting opportunity for them to explore the world of science, grow their skills, build confidence and conduct rewarding research.
WHO: Students in grades 10-11 who love science and are curious about careers in science research — especially cancer research & care.
AWARD: 100 students will be awarded the mentorship opportunity and receive a Chrome Notebook and $1500 to help towards their research!
ENTER: Students submit a 750-word essay on why science research is so important to finding a cure for cancer.
DEADLINE: November 1, 2015
